All stands are equipped with
blue carpeting. |

Walls |
The walls are made of white
painted wood in 1 meter segments. The segments will be
connected at the top with a hook. This will be done by the
fair personnel. |

Hanging items on
the walls |
To put up posters on the wall
please use drawing-pins or decorative nails. Larger nails,
screws or staples is not allowed. Bring your own
drawing-pins/decorative nails and hammer. Bigger and heavier
items should be hanged from a hook over the top of the wall
frame and be attached by a line (fishing line). |

Nameplate |
Nameplate with exhibitor’s
name and logo is included. The nameplate is about 1,4 meter
long and about 30 centimeter high. It can/shall be taken
away by the exhibitor after the fair. |

Exhibitor’s name for the
nameplate must be stated when registering. |

Please submit your logo to the
secretary’s office if it shall be included on the nameplate. |

Table |
The table will be a folding
table, 80 x 180 centimeter. Bring your own tablecloth to
cover the surface which sometimes isn’t quite new. |

Electricity |
Electricity supply, 240V
earthed socket, maximum 500 W, is included. Sockets with
maximum 10 Amp can be ordered. Quotation will be sent on
request. Bring your own extension and connection cords. |

Internet access |
The exhibition hall is
equipped with a wireless network. Access is optional and has
to be ordered separately. The MAC address of your computer
has to be submitted for access to the wireless network. |

Adapter for
wireless network |
An adapter can be rented if
your computer isn’t equipped with a wireless network card.
